Yet in fact Maliparmi displayed an innovative installation to communicate the brand's simplicity and balance. Maliparmi displayed wooden balances were hung with varying objects on them along with the clothing.

Strolling through the rooms of the Villa in it's Italian chic, each room was a different experience and experiment in sound, lighting, materials, and balance. The objects reflected the eco reminder, along with old bottles and hanging clothing with jewelry. It gave the opportunity to interact with it by touching the fabric of the garments. Bobbing after the lightest touch, it transported the viewer into a moment in time where everything is suspended. In the third room, several wooden podiums with light boxes two meters high. A dance performance of fashion and music followed. The light boxes helped to show the fragile quality, or transparency of the fabric.
It seems that the Maliparmi in Milan is moving towards an experiential based approach to showing fashion and interacting with buyers and customers. Brand communication and product display unite for a moment in time and something remains when the viewer continues on their journey.
