In the first week of my internship at Fashion House IVANOVA I was lucky enough to be invited to see the show during the Holiday Fashion Week in Odessa. Petja, one of two pattern designers at IVANOVA, was travelling to Odessa by car with his brother and a friend. They took me, pattern designer Alenka and seemstress Lena along for the ride. It was a wonderful trip with good humour, great food, fresh air and the Black Sea!

I attended the opening of the Martell artists of the year 2009 last night.

Martell pursued creativity, innovation and independence of mind. "Martell Artists of the year Award" started in 2004, over the last 5 years, 21 international artists in the art field of painting, photographery, sculpture and installation have been awarded.

One art piece really shocked me was this one formed with different types of embryo.

Watching this disturbing piece which reminds me of the high abortion season in China now.

According to Qing Dao Daily, There are 10 million abortion going on around the coutry each year, 2.5 million abortions are  from the young girls who are under 18 years old. A recent survey of 8,846 single and married women who had undergone abortions at 10 hospitals in Beijing found that 36 percent had had more than one abortion within six months.

If you think deeper, it's kind of scary.

I am not the artist who creat this art piece, I don't know what is the real intention of making such an art piece. but that's what I learned out of his work.

Kanye West and LV creative director Marc Jacobs present a red Louis Vuitton shoe designed by Kanye. The entire shoe line will be available at LV stores in June.

Kanye also just took to his blog to clear up some rumors and to complain about the tech troubles he's been having lately. He said <<Yoooo! Why won't you let me be great!!! I had the two greatest days of my life and when i get back from the Louie show i read some s- claiming I said I'm down to do porn and some bisexual porn!!!! I can't believe the AVN would post... I just gave the performance of my lifetime for our new president. Then I flew to Paris and they debuted my new shoes that I designed with Louie Vuitton which was a dream come true. Please I beg you, give me a break!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me be great!!! Who have I hurt so bad that they want to destroy me? Who have I ever spoke about so negatively?>>

NJAL is the London based online platform for emerging graduates and design talent, counting more than a thousand fashion designers from over forty countries. THE SHOP is a new online initiative launching May 28th and will offer one-off pieces from designers like Ute Ploier, Anna Aichinger, Husam El Odeh and many others.

The first to host THE SHOP is Robin Schulié, head-buyer of the iconic Maria Luisa store in Paris and Unit F, the Austrian Association for Contemporary fashion. Diane Pernet, editor of cult-favourite blog,A Shaded View On Fashion, and founder of ASVOFF, fashion film festival, has been announced as the host in July.

Each consecutive month thereafter will be headed by another leading industry figure.
During its first month THE SHOP collaborates with Unit F, highlighting a long running, star-studded design industry in Austria. The fashion-set includes designers like Helmut Lang, one of the most iconic designers of our time. Tomasz Donocik, Awareness & Consciousness and Ute Ploier are just some of the prominent Austrian designers available from the NJAL Guerilla Store.

THE SHOP is a fresh online concept providing access to unobtainable designer pieces from a wide selection of fashion brands.

Saturday June, 27 from 4 pm to 9 pm, we celebrate the official opening of The Space,Beijing. The Space hosts until the end of the summer an art & fashion exhibition, giving the chance to young talents to extend their visibility to a large audience for free, providing lounges to relax and have a drink. Later in the evening, we will open the biggest terrass of the Gulou area, with an exceptional view over the Drum Tower and Bell Tower within a psychedelic environment.

The Space, Beijing support The Endless Exhibition

During the whole summer, the Space will be alive with an art labyrinth proposed by young
artists with already exceptionally mature talent through the Endless Exhibition. The collection offering Abstract Art, Animal Art, Anime Art, Botanical Art, Comic Art, Contemporary Art, Dark or Gothic Art, Expressionist Art, Fine Art, Fantasy Art, Impressionist Art, Landscape Art, Modern Art, Outsider Art, Photographic Art, Portrait Art, Pop Art, Privacy Policy, Sculpture Art, Surrealist Art, Vintage Art and light art. This exhibition is hosted for free by The Space, Beijing and the artwork produced by young graduate artists for most of them. For many of the young artists, this is the conclusion of a four years' study and practices in some of the most complex art forms. You will notice that their art reached a rare degree of maturity at this level of experience. This is stunning!
